What are the delivery times of ordered products?

The shipment did not arrive within the specified time?

  • After packing and shipping, we immediately send you the so-called tracking code or so-called tracking code that allows you to find out what is happening with your shipment at any time. Do you provide a warranty on the products?

  • Check the expiry date of your product. miamitas.eu makes every effort to deliver top quality products, but errors are possible. In that case, call and send us an inquiry at info@miamitats.eu. Order error! If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods have been sent for delivery, the refund will be made within three (3) working days. If the customer decides to cancel the order after it has been sent for delivery, the refund will be made within three (3) working days after the return of the same goods by the customer, minus the cost of delivery and the amount of the card commission (if the goods were paid for by credit or debit card).

Is all the information on the webshop correct?

However, our team cannot 100% guarantee that no error has crept in, so we advise you to report any illogicality or deviations on the page. Please note that the photos are an informative illustration. For example, it is possible that since the moment the photo was published, the manufacturer has changed its packaging (militation, appearance, ingredients) and that this photo does not reflect the final appearance of the product.
